Reservations

Simply call or e-mail Arizona Vacation Escapes to place reservations. After your reservation is placed, we will mail you a billing sheet and contract. Billing will include cabin rental rate, tax and refundable deposit.

  • Peak season is considered Memorial Day through the end of October. Off season is consider the remaining months excluding holiday which include Labor Day weekend, Veteran's Day weekend, week of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas/New Year's break, Martin Luther King Day weekend and President's Day weekend.
  • If 7 or more days are booked during peak season, discounted weekly rates are prorated for all nights.
  • 50% of payment is due two weeks from the date the reservation is made. 100% of payment is due 60 days from the date the reservation is made.
  • Once 100% payment and contract is received, a key will be mailed to you.
  • Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in date will received a full refund. Otherwise refunds will only be given if the property is rented by another party.
  • The deposit will be refunded upon return of the key. We reserve the right to retain all or a portion of the deposit if the property is deemed damaged or excessively dirty.
  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
