Reservations

Simply call or e-mail Arizona Vacation Escapes to place reservations. After your reservation is placed, we will mail you a billing sheet and contract. Billing will include cabin rental rate, tax and refundable deposit.

  • Holiday rates apply on the following days: Labor Day weekend, Veteran's Day weekend, week of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas/New Year's break, Martin Luther King Day weekend and President's Day weekend, NAU Graduation weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Spring Break, Fall Break, Columbus Day weekend and Memorial Day Weekend.
  • If 7 or more nights are booked discounted weekly rates are prorated for all nights.
  • 50% of payment is due two weeks from the date the reservation is made. 100% of payment is due 60 days from the date the reservation is made.
  • Once 100% payment and contract is received, a code to the keyless entry system will be emailed to you.
  • Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in date will received a full refund. Otherwise refunds will only be given if the property is rented by another party.
  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
